(China Plus) Chinese pop singer Chen Chusheng has released a new album based on a recording of his live concert that he held last year.
"A recording of a live concert would inevitably mix the sounds from all microphones. This means a lot of post-production works, including re-arranging the old, familiar melodies. I hope the audiences may obtain a different, fresh feel."
The singer has also announced at the event that he would join Universal Music China.
In 2007, Chen was crowned champion of "Super Boy", a popular Chinese singing contest for male contestants, organized by Hunan Satellite Television.
