Poster for Andy Lau’s new movie released

(Toggle) Two months after accidentally falling from a horse whilst filming for an advertorial in Thailand, Hong Kong actor-singer Andy Lau has yet to be discharged from the hospital.

Recently, the promotional team for the movie Find Your Voice, which Andy produced and starred in, released a poster featuring the 55-year-old, making it the first ‘sighting’ of the Heavenly King since his accident.

The director and the cast of Find Your Voice also made an appearance at a “Thank You Event” to officially mark the end of filming for the movie. As Andy was unable to appear at the event, the cast, which consists of a number of choir students, performed a song that Andy had written the lyrics for, and also left a message cheering the actor-singer on.

Andy later sent his reply through a video filmed on his phone, saying that he missed the students as well.

A number of Andy’s fellow celebrity friends have also visited him in the hospital, including Hong Kong actor Michael Miu and Hong Kong singer Alan Tam, who also gave the public updates on Andy’s condition.

On Tuesday (March 7), Hong Kong actor Simon Yam paid a visit to Andy, and reported that his condition is good, and that “Andy’s skin is so beautiful,” laughing that Andy looks youthful and handsome even without makeup on. However, he did not say when Andy will be discharged from the hospital, only requesting for the fans not to worry.
