On October 2, Queen Mathilde visited the new facilities of the Jules Bordet Institute in the Erasmus campus of the Free University of Brussels in Anderlecht. The Institute Jules Bordet is the only autonomous hospital in Belgium totally dedicated to cancer. The Queen toured the Nuclear Medicine Department and the day clinic, where she spoke with patients.
