Crown Princess Leonor, the heir to the Spanish throne, will turn 18 on October 31 and thus will come of age. The Spanish Royal Court has released some photos ahead of Princess Leonor’s milestone birthday. The never before seen photos were taken at some of the most special moments from Princess Leonor’s childhood. The City of Madrid also released an official portrait ahead of Crown Princess Leonor's 18th birthday.
Princess Leonor's birthday will also be marked with a ceremony in the Spanish Parliament, at which she will swear loyalty to the Constitution before receiving the decorations of the Congress and the Senate. There will be a reception at the Royal Palace in Madrid followed by a family gathering at El Pardo Palace.
The City of Madrid also released an official portrait ahead of Princess Leonor's 18th birthday.
