King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands are making a three-day state visit to South Africa. On the 3rd day of their state visit to South Africa, King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima attended a reception held for members of the Dutch community in Cape Town. The reception was held at the Norval Foundation in Tokai, Cape Town. Norval Foundation is a centre for art and cultural expression.
