Princess Beatrix of The Netherlands turned 85 today. Princess Beatrix was Queen of the Netherlands for 33 years, from 1980 to 2013. On the occasion of the birthday, the Government Information Service (RVD) released new portrait photos of the Princess. The photos show Princess Beatrix with King Willem-Alexander and Crown Princess Amalia. The photos were taken by photographer Gemmy Woud-Binnendijk.
