On December 17, 2022, Queen Silvia attended the fundraising gala titled "A Heart for Children" (Ein Herz für Kinder) at Studio Berlin Adlershof in Berlin. The BILD's help organization, "Ein Herz für Kinder", aims to help children and families in Germany, in Europe and around the world. The organization supports soup kitchens, paediatric clinics, kindergartens, schools, as well as sports and educational projects.
