Queen Letizia attended the 20th anniversary event of the Local Network of Technical Labor Offices (OTL) of the Barcelona Provincial Council. The Local Network of Labor Technical Offices, coordinated by the Barcelona Provincial Council, has been working for 20 years to promote the employment of people with a mental health disorder in the province.
