On May 25, Princess Beatrix of The Netherlands attended the celebration of the 150th anniversary of the Royal Dutch Society for Horticulture and Botany (KMTP - Koninklijke Maatschappij Tuinbouw en Plantkunde) at the Den Alerdinck estate in Laag Zuthem, where the Gardenista 2022 garden festival is taking place. KMTP was founded in 1872.
