On April 11, 2022, The Princess Royal and Vice Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence arrived at Jacksons International Airport in Port Moresby. Accompanied by her husband, Sir Timothy Laurence, Princess Anne is on a two-day visit to Papua New Guinea on behalf of the Queen in celebration of her Platinum Jubilee. The Princess and her husband were welcomed by Prime Minister James Marape at the airport.
