On March 11, Crown Princess Victoria attended two meetings on foreign and security policy issues. At the first meeting, Anders Eriksson, Director of the Finnish Institute, gave information on current issues concerning Finland. The subsequent meeting was with the writer and Middle Eastern analyst Bitte Hammargren. She gave information to the Crown Princess about the security policy situation in the Middle East with a focus on, among other things, population, trade, climate and risks of new terrorist threats.
