On January 26, 2022, Prince Albert II of Monaco, Princess Caroline of Hanover, Princess Gabriella, Prince Jacques, Louis Ducruet and Melanie Antoinette De Massy attended the symbolic burning of a sailboat in Monaco during Sainte Devote celebrations. Saint Devote is the patron saint of the Grimaldi family reigning in Monaco. On every January 27, the Principality of Monaco celebrates Sainte Devote's Day as a national holiday.
