The Duchess of Cornwall hosted a reception at Clarence House to mark 50 years of the Refuge charity’s vital work and meet staff, supporters, and those who had been helped by Refuge. For five decades, Refuge has supported women and children facing domestic abuse, offering them a safe haven and specialist help. Refuge also runs the National Domestic Abuse Helpline, which is the gateway to accessing specialist support across the country.
