The Countess of Wessex paid a visit to Transform Housing and Support’s Elmbridge services in Walton-on-Thames. Transform Housing and Support are a local charity who provide housing, support and homecare to homeless and vulnerable people. The Countess met with clients and colleagues to find out more about how the housing association has been supporting homeless and vulnerable individuals particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Countess is Royal Patron of Transform Housing and Support.
