On July 20, 2021, Queen Letizia of Spain held a working meeting on the impact of the pandemic on mental health at Zarzuela Palace. The Queen presided over the working meeting attended by representatives from The Spanish Mental Health Confederation, The Foundation for Help against Drug Addiction (FAD), The Spanish Federation of Rare Diseases (FEDER), The Spanish Committee of Representatives of Persons with Disabilities (CERMI), as well as UNICEF and Spanish Red Cross.
