On March 17, 2021, Queen Margrethe II of Denmark attended the Royal Life Guards' Parade 2021 at the Life Guards' Barracks in Copenhagen and presented the "Queen's Clock" to one guard for his exceptional service. This year, the selected guard became Jeppe Nørhave Illum and he received the clock from the Queen.
