Queen Mathilde of Belgium visited the province of East Flanders. The visit started at Inex, which is a family dairy company in Sint-Lievens-Houtem. The company makes efforts in the field of sustainability around 3 pillars: people, planet and product. During the visit, The Queen was given information about the working method and were shown the new PET bottle line for UHT milk production.
Then, the Queen visited the company Fisheye in Wetteren. The visit to the province ended in Laarne with a tour and explanation of the Castle of Laarne. The foundation stone for this medieval fortress was laid more than 700 years ago. Queen Mathilde's outfit is by Belgian fashion house Natan.
