Danish Crown Princess Mary received Troels Boldt Rømer who has been appointed as a new board member of The Mary Foundation. The Crown Princess shared two photos taken during their meeting on the social media account of the Foundation and wrote a caption stating that she is very pleased that Troels has agreed to be part of the board of the Mary Foundation and thus contribute to their work to combat social isolation.
Troels Boldt Rømer was born on August 18, 1994 and is a Danish medical student at the University of Copenhagen. He has been chairman of the Youth Red Cross since October 2017. He is also the former chairman of Danske Skoleelever (Danish School Students) DSE, and a debater and former editor at RÆSON. He is the son of Birgitte Rømer and journalist Allan Boldt.
