Crown Princess Victoria started 2020 Pink Ribbon campaign

Crown Princess Victoria started the Swedish Cancer Society's 2020 Pink Ribbon (Rosa Bandet) campaign. Crown Princess is patron of the Pink Ribbon campaign. On the occasion of the start of the campaign, a new photo of Crown Princess Victoria was released. Crown Princess Victoria wore a new petal pink silk top from Rodebjer. The Pink Ribbon campaign is conducted every year in October since 2003 and it is an international symbol of breast cancer awareness.

The designer of this year's Pink Ribbon is First Aid Kit (band). First Aid Kit is a Swedish folk duo that consists of the sisters Klara and Johanna Söderberg. Each year famous Swedes (one or more) design the pink ribbon, which is then sold in stores around the country. Among the previous designers are Carin Rodebjer, Elsa and Helene Billgren, Ben Gorham and Efva Attling.
