Crown Princess Mary attended the Education Awards 2020 (Undervisningspris 2020) ceremony at the Ministry of Education and Science in Copenhagen. Crown Princess Mary and Minister of Education and Science Ane Halsboe-Jørgensen presented the Education Awards to seven of Denmark's most talented teachers. Thus, the teaching prize was awarded for the first time in 2020 to seven inspiring and committed teachers in higher education.
Recipients of the Education Awards 2020 are: Professor Claus Brabrand, lecturer Knud Erik Christensen, teacher Per Hessellund, Associate Professor Luise Theil Kuhn, Assistant Professor Thomas William Lee, Associate Professor Vibeke Røn Noer, Assistant Professor Per Reeslev.
