On June 12, 2020, King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia visited the Matadero Arts Centre in Madrid. The theater will re-open next 15 June amid coronavirus lockdown exit process. Matadero Madrid is a former slaughterhouse in the Arganzuela district of Madrid, which has been converted to an arts centre.
