Frosé (Frozen Rosé) Is Our New Fave Drink

The below image was inspired by a conversation I had with my husband… He was joking about throwing a cocktail party for 2 (well 3, if you count the frosé) and then I suggested inviting my other personalities which would bring the final head count closer to 6. And well, behold… the glamour, the I’m going to spend my entire day in PJs and the yoga fanatic… Seriously though, the frosé kind of made our night. Not sure if it was the extra time which went into making the cocktail, but somehow the evening felt a lot more special. So I’m sharing the recipe here, hoping it will bring a bit of sparkle to your day!

Recipe: Start with a bottle of your favorite Rosé. Pour the contents of the bottle into a plastic container with a secure lid, cover and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.

Next day (or in 6 hours), take 8 large strawberries, remove the tops and cut them in half. Combine frozen Rosé, 4 ice cubes and strawberries in a blender, add 1-2 table spoons of honey for a bit of sweetness. Blend until you see that fluffy texture. Next, place the mixture back into freezer for about 30 minus.

To serve, place the blended mixture into a glass, garnish with a few strawberries to add a splash of color to your cocktail and enjoy!
