Crown Prince Fumihito and his family donated 300 handmade medical gowns to hospitals

Japanese Crown Prince Fumihito and his family made 300 medical gowns by hand earlier this month and donated them to various hospitals for use by healthcare workers. After hearing that protective equipment was in short supply, Crown Prince Fumihito, his wife Crown Princess Kiko, their three children and some employees of the Imperial Household Agency began to make the gowns using plastic bags.
