| On Thursday, April 23, 2020, Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway held a video conference with the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration (NAV) and was briefed on the current situation of people who have been temporarily laid off due to the corona pandemic. NAV aims to help more people find employment or participate in other meaningful activity. NAV also provides financial security to individuals through arrangements such as unemployment benefits, family allowances, cash benefits, sickness benefits and pensions. |
