| On March 19, 2020, the second child of King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck and Queen Jetsun Pema of Bhutan was born. The baby's name will be announced later. It is a custom in Bhutan not to announce the baby's name until after a special Buddhist naming ceremony. The new prince is second in the line of succession to the Bhutan throne.
