| On March 19, 2020, Queen Elizabeth II left Buckingham Palace to start her Easter break, one week earlier than planned due to the coronavirus pandemic. Prince Philip has been helicoptered from Wood Farm in Sandringham to Windsor to be with his wife. (Several royal events will be postponed including all garden parties at the palace and the annual Maundy Service at St George’s Chapel on 9th April will not go ahead.) |
