| On October 19, 2019, King Felipe, Queen Letizia, Crown Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofia visited Asiegu village, which has been deemed worthy of 2019 Exemplary Town of Asturias Award, to deliver the award. Located in Cabrales, Asiegu has been named Exemplary Town of Asturias 2019. It has a population of 98 people who have received the recognition with great joy.
