| On September 2, 2019, Queen Mathilde took her son Prince Emmanuel to Eureka school in Kessel-Lo, Leuven for the Prince to meet his new teacher on the first day of school. Meanwhile, King Philippe accompanied her daughter Princess Eleonore on the first day of school and took her to Sint-Jan-Berchmanscollege school. It is a tradition in Belgian Royal family to accompany children on the first day of school. In addition, Belgian Royals shared two photos showing Crown Princess Elisabeth, Prince Gabriel, Prince Emmanuel and Princess Eleonore in order to celebrate the first day of school. |
