| On March 8, 2019, Queen Sonja attended an International Women's Day event organized by MIRA Center at Melahuset in Oslo. The event was an empowerment breakfast with minority women. MIRA Center works for the purpose of improving living conditions of minority women in Norway. MIRA Center struggles for immigrant and refugee women and is a politically independent non-governmental organization. |
