Queen Mathilde visited Fernand Khnopff's exhibition in Paris

On January 9, 2019, Queen Mathilde of Belgium visited "Le maître de l'énigme" (The master of enigma) exhibition including the works of Belgian artist Fernand Khnopff (1858-1921) at the Petit Palais in Paris. The exhibition brings together around one hundred emblematic examples of the complex aesthetic of Fernand Khnopff, who was a painter, draftsman, engraver, sculptor and the stage director of his personal work.
