| On July 4, 2018, Queen Elizabeth II attended the annual garden party at the Palace of Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh, Scotland. The Queen also met former Scottish rugby player Doddie Weir who was celebrating his 48th birthday. The garden party, with 8,000 guests, was to reward public service in the local community.
