| On March 16, 2016, Crown Princess Mary of Denmark attended the premiere of "Jaha's Promise" documentary film shown at Copenhagen Grand Theatre for the opening of Copenhagen International Documentary Festival. Jaha's Promise tells about the life of Jaha Dukureh who is a Gambian little girl. Jaha Dukureh was circumcised at a very young age as many girls in Gambia and at the age of 15, she was forced to get married with a 40 years old man living in New York.
