Boasting an all-star cast, including award-winning actor Wang Qianyuan and actress Hsu Chi, and an imaginative storyline, the film follows the story of an isolated village visited by a stranger with a mysterious treasure that, according to the press release, "is a helmet-like thing that erases the memories of those who wear it."
"The story is uniquely interesting and is one that you've seldom seen in the cinemas," Yeh Ju-feng, one of the film's producers and also the producer for the 2015 award-winning Our Times, said in the release.
The Spring Festival release date means the film will have to compete against Jackie Chan's Kung Fu Yoga and Stephen Chow's Journey to the West: Conquering the Demons.
