Rainmaker Ventures backed YAAP Digital acquires FFC Information Solution Pvt Ltd, a specialist influencer marketing tech company


This acquisition will further strengthen YAAP’s position as a super specialized content company with 3 key services- Content design, discovery & distribution.
Mumbai, October 20, 2016; YAAP Digital, a super specialty digital content company that focuses on the 3 digital content service lines of Design, Discovery and Distribution announced that it has acquired FFC Information Solution Pvt Ltd. an influencer marketing company that works with online influencers to create & distribute branded content. FFC is on the verge of launching its proprietary influence marketing platform. Last week Google announced its acquisition of influencer marketing company FameBit an online technology platform that connects brands with YouTube stars to create promotional content, ushering in a new wave of branded content management.
FFC, founded in 2011, has over the years provided Influencer marketing solutions to clients delivering quality brand experiences, creating the requisite buzz, increasing intent to purchase and fulfilling strategic business goals. FFC will soon launch a state of the art tech platform which enables brands and influencers to engage seamlessly. From assigning tasks to enabling quality layers and authenticating the content value, this marketplace makes it easy for businesses to work with multiple influencers across web platforms. All this will be bolstered with a strong analytics layer.
Currently, FFC works with brands like Microsoft, Dow Jones, Reed Elsevier, Sify, UB Group, Tata Group, Casio, Asus and Reliance Digital amongst others. Seeraj Katoch joins the YAAP senior management team as Partner. This is YAAP’s second acquisition, post acquiring Brand Planet Consultants a strategic branding and design company for USD 3 million last month.
