On September 21, 2022, Queen Rania attended the Earthshot Prize Innovation Summit held at the Plaza Hotel in New York. Founded in 2020 by Prince William and The Royal Foundation, The Earthshot Prize is a global environmental prize and platform to discover, accelerate, and scale trailblazing eco-innovations to regenerate the planet. The 2022 Earthshot Prize ceremony is set to take place in Boston later this year.
