On December 8, 2021, the Duchess of Cornwall visited The Royal Trinity Hospice in Clapham, London to attend its 130th anniversary and switch on the Christmas tree lights. The Duchess is Patron of The Royal Trinity Hospice. The Trinity Hospice has been supporting South London residents with specialist cancer care since 1891. During the visit, the Duchess met with staff, patients and their families. The Hospice cares for about 2,500 patients every year, both at home and in the hospice’s 28-bed inpatient unit.
