On November 15, 2021, King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain attended the 75th anniversary event of the Municipal Transport Company of Madrid (EMT Madrid) held by the Madrid City Council at EMT's Operations Centre in Carabanchel, Madrid. Prior to the event, the King and Queen, together with the authorities that accompany them, made a tour on a section of the regular line in one of the EMT Madrid buses.
