On November 7, 2021, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa, President of the Luxembourg Red Cross, attended the traditional ceremony of presentation of medals held for volunteer blood donors of the Red Cross and presented medals to the blood donors. In total, 491 people were rewarded for their generosity and solidarity this year. In her speech, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa thanked the blood donors and the teams of the Luxembourg Red Cross for their unfailing commitment to the donation process.
