Queen Maxima paid a working visit to the Halt Foundation on Tuesday afternoon, September 28 on the occasion of the foundation's 40th anniversary. The visit of Queen Maxima took place in the city hall of Rotterdam. Halt has been focusing on preventing juvenile crime for 40 years. Halt has the legal duty to tackle criminal behavior among young people, without the young person getting a criminal record.
