The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge made video calls to two persons with long-term health conditions who have been shielding with their families over the course of the past year, and who are now eligible to receive the Covid-19 vaccine. The video calls were made after recent news that the UK’s leading health charities have joined forces to form a coalition to help promote vaccine uptake amongst those with long-term health conditions.
