Queen Mathilde of Belgium held a number of online meetings on Friday as part of the Week Against Bullying (Week Tegen Pesten), which started on Friday. Queen Mathilde first spoke with experts about the impact of the corona crisis on the well-being of children, with a special focus on the issue of cyberbullying. Afterwards, Queen Mathilde spoke with a number of pupils from different schools. The Queen asked the young people how they experienced the corona pandemic and whether they feel that cyber bullying has increased since the start of the pandemic.
