On December 16, Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia received Christmas trees from forestry programme students from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU). The students from the forestry programme at SLU in Umeå were Clara Hernblom, Alice Sjölund, Kaj Sjöqvis and Sofia Andersson. The Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences has presented Christmas trees to the Royal Palace of Stockholm since the late 1960s. Princess Sofia wore a new plaid wool coat from Tommy Hilfiger.
