First let me start by introducing you all to Nina, if you follow me on instagram and watch my stories you of course already know her, but in case you don’t, she is my best friend, my sister in law, my favorite partner in crime, my style spirit animal and an integral part of VivaLuxury. Nina started working at VivaLuxury full time with my husband and I over 4 years ago, and though official she is in charge of all the day-to-day operations, in reality she wears many hats. We travel together, style together, shoot together and come up with story ideas like in the case of today’s post.

This simple cocktail is really easy to make and is one of our staples since it’s always a huge hit at our family gatherings. The prep and make takes less than 5 minutes, so if you’re ever feeling inspired to make a tasty cocktail at home, below is the recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
2 -4 OZ of Blood Orange Juice (you can buy it of course, but fresh squeezed just tastes so much better)
Your Rosé of Choice (personally we love Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial)
Pomegranate Arils & Blood Orange Slices for garnish
Mix blood orange juice with Champagne ( your choice how much or how little juice you would like to add), I also, like to squeeze a bit of lime to cut down the sweetness. Garnish with pomegranate arils and blood orange wedges and voilà! It’s ready to serve!

Another thing we always serve at parties is this walnut bruschetta. Once again, super quick and easy to make, it tastes amazing and adds that really pretty rustic touch to your table.
INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 cups of walnuts (we prefer the toasted variety, but you can certainly go with candied version)
1 crusty baguette
6-8 oz of goat cheese or vegan cheese
2 pears
1 chocolate bar
Toast your bruschetta in an oven (about 2 minutes), we also like to lightly coat each side with olive oil before we toast it. Top each bruschetta with goat cheese or vegan cheese, add a thin slice of pear, some chocolate and toasted walnuts! And you’re done! Like I said, super easy but tastes amazing!
