| On October 15, 2019, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended WellChild 2019 award ceremony held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel located in the center of London. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex celebrated the courage shown by seriously ill young people at the annual WellChild Awards. Since 2007, the Duke has been the patron of WellChild which is the national charity for seriously ill children and their families. The Duke and Duchess attended a pre-ceremony reception and met with the young winners of each award category and their families, and the nominated healthcare professionals. |
