Queen Silvia visited Bensheim town in Hessen state, Germany

On Thursday, after the opening of the second Childhood House of Germany, Queen Silvia of Sweden attended a dinner at Heidelberg Castle to celebrate the 20th establishment anniversary of World Childhood Foundation. On September 6, The Queen went to Bensheim to receive the Karl Kuebel Prize. Queen Silvia of Sweden received the Karl Kuebel Prize from Matthias Wilkes, Chairman of the Karl Kuebel Foundation Council, at Rex Theatre in Bensheim, Germany. The prize honours the Queen's efforts for prevention of abuse and exploitation of children.
