German First Lady Elke Buedenbender also attended the opening ceremony. Heidelberg is the place of birth of The Queen. Child House, which is an initiative of the World Childhood Foundation founded in 1999 by Queen Silvia, is a contact point for children who have become victims or witnesses of physical or sexual violence. |
