| On April 18, 2019, Queen Maxima attended the "Money & Behavior" conference at Tivoli Cultural Center in Utrecht. The conference was organized on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the National Institute for Budget Information (Nibud). Nibud is a non profit organization and an independent foundation in the Netherlands that gives information and advice on financial matters of private households. The national government and the private financial sector finance nearly 25% of the projects of Nibud. (Queen Maxima wore a leaf-patterned dress by Oscar de la Renta.) |
