| On April 10, 2019, Swedish Crown Princess Victoria met with The World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus at Stockholm Royal Palace. Dr Tedros Adhanom was elected as the World Health Organization Director-General for a five-year term by WHO Member States at the 70th World Health Assembly in May 2017. Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus was Ethiopia’s Minister of Health between 2005 and 2012. He led a comprehensive reform of the country’s health system.
