(China Plus) Chinese-American actor and martial artist Daniel Wu showed up at a L'oreal Paris promotion activity in Shanghai.
The Hong Kong-based and US-born actor talked about the challenges he faced shooting the TV series "Into the Badlands".
"I have just finished the shooting of the American TV series 'Into the Badlands'. It was a big challenge for me to work at the shooting site for ten consecutive months, the longest period since I started my acting career. We had to work in the winter of Ireland which was freezing cold and stay outdoor every day for the fighting shots. I also acted in the film 'Caught On Time', which was also an exciting experience as it had been quite a long time since my last time of shooting films in Asia".
He also announced that his new movie, "Caught on Time", a Chinese gangster movie, will be released in August.
Chinese singer and actor Lu Han, who has just finished shooting his film "Shanghai Fortress", was also at the event.
