On the 5th day of their Australia tour, The Duke of Sussex and Duchess of Sussex attended the Official opening of ANZAC Memorial at Hyde Park in Sydney, Australia. The Duke and Duchess laid a wreath at the front of the refurbished 1930s Art Deco building. The ANZAC Memorial was created as a place to remember the Great War (1914 – 1918). There are several reflection spaces including the Dome of Stars, Pool of Reflection and the Well of Contemplation. (The Duchess wore an wool crepe dress by New Zealand fashion designer Emilia Wickstead). |
